International Shipping Policy:
❖ Insurance is highly recommended as we will not be held responsible for lost shipments that are not insured.
❖ "Ship To" addresses must match the billing address. This does not apply to US military shipments, with military "Ship To" addresses.
❖ Shipments to overseas addresses are subject to the import laws of that country and may be subject to customs fees. You are solely responsible for those fees.
❖ The actual value of your order, before shipping charges, will be declared on the customs form. We will not mark item as "gift".
❖ Tracking is only available with some USPS Global Priority Mail options.
Customer Information: For your online protection, we require a valid e-mail address and phone number. A shipping address to a country different from the billing address must be verified by phone.
Free shipping policy:
❖ Orders of $75 or more ship free to the USA.
❖ Orders of $100 or more ship free globally.
❖ We generally use USPS 1st class mail with free shipping options. Larger orders may ship via USPS priority mail at our discretion.

Sample Policy:
Our samples are offered at a very reasonable price to allow you to try the product. We exercise the right to limit sample purchases, in order to ensure full size product quantities are purchased at full size prices. Please limit your selections to "2" of any product in the same shade. Any orders with "3" or more samples of the SAME product in the SAME shade will be cancelled.
Samples are non-refundable.

Damaged or Out of Stock Items:
Damaged Items: Please inspect your order for any damage as soon as it arrives. If damage occurred to your purchase during shipment, please contact us immediately. Do Not discard the box, packing materials or the damaged items, as they may need to be inspected by the shipping service. And are required for replacement of product or refund.
Out of Stock Items: Most items that are out of stock will not be viewable on our website. Mistakes happen. Inventories can be off. So, if an item you choose is out of stock, you will be notified and given the option to delete it from your order, or have it shipped separately at no additional charge.

Returns Policy:
Samples: We want you to be delighted with your purchase. We highly recommend that you try a sample item first.
~Samples are only $2 each.
~We also include a coupon with every sample order for 10% off your full sized order of $25 or more. This is enough to cover most of the cost of purchasing samples, depending on how many samples you order.
~Samples are NON-refundable.
Other Products: We accept returns for other LAminerals.com products, except samples, upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please contact customer service immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product.
Exceptions:
~We regret that we cannot refund original shipping costs with the return. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
~We cannot accept returns due to your countries customs fees or taxes. We highly recommend you check the fees first, if you are placing a sizable, full sized order. We will not mark your international shipment as “gift”. We declare your subtotal as your packages customs value.
Return Instructions:
1. Contact customer service to request an RMA#. (Return Material Authorization) Without this number we cannot accept your return. Packages received without an RMA number will be disposed of and no refund issued.
2. Package your return in any suitable packaging. Letter envelopes are not acceptable by the USPS standards for product. Bubble envelopes or small boxes are fine.
3. Write your RMA # on the outside of the package.

Return Refunds and Credits: We'll issue a full refund to the credit card used for the price of qualified items that you return, if your return is received within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. We are unable to refund original or return shipping costs.
It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue an online store credit if you are a gift recipient. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.
Returning a Gift: If you are returning a gift, please contact Customer Service. We can either issue you or your recipient an online store credit or we can refund the credit card used by the purchaser.
Gift Certificates: Purchasers are eligible for a full refund to the original credit card of the purchase price, minus any shipping costs if your certificate was mailed. Recipients cannot exchange their certificate for cash. We can only refund the purchaser. Unused values will remain available for use for 5 years from the purchase date. Unused balances are not eligible for refunds beyond 30 days from the purchase date.

Coupon & Discount Policy:
Coupons and discounts will apply to any and all products on our site! Even sale items and samples. Most coupons do have a minimum dollar amount that must be reached for the coupon to be applicable. Coupons and discounts cannot be applied retroactively. Sales and coupons only applicable during specified sale dates, or until coupon code expires. There is a limitation of one coupon/discount code per order.

Product Safety Policy:
The ingredients used in the products sold by L.A. Minerals are approved for use in cosmetic preparations and deemed safe by the FDA, when used as instructed.
Products with ingredients that are not safe for Lips will be labeled as such, both on the product and the website.
Any powdered product can present an inhalant risk. Precautions are recommended if user has any lung conditions present. Please consult your physician.
L.A. Minerals has chosen to use a binding ingredient in our foundation formulas to reduce flyaway dust and inhalation risk. This not only increases the safety of the product, but adds to the emolliency of the product.
Consumer use and allergies cannot be foreseen by L.A. MINERALS. Consumers ordering and using our products acknowledge that they will hold L.A. MINERALS harmless for any side effects as a result of the use of our products. We highly recommend each customer review the ingredients of each product individually. Ingredients vary amongst products and shades. If you are allergic to any ingredient, do not order it.
